Refundable Security/Damage Deposit - We require a refundable security damage deposit during your stay with us (longer term stays may require a SD deposit in an amount that is more than the posted amounts above - please call to confirm). This deposit is refundable after exit cleaning/ inspection/ inventory of the rental home. If there has been damage caused to the home during your stay, the security/damage deposit is used to cover the cost of replacements and/or repairs. Smoking is not permitted inside any of our rental homes. Violation of the smoking policy will result in automatic forfeiture (to the Landlord), of your entire security/damage deposit; no exceptions!

Reservation Deposit Cancellation & Refund Policy -Cancellation periods are based on several factors, including: time of year, length of stay, etc. Please inquire to find out what our cancellation & refund period is for your specific desired dates.
