2014 - "Fantastic Pet-Friendly place - We reciently stayed at the Cozy Cottage for the second time and it was just as nice as the first a couple of years ago. The courtyard is fenced in with a gas grille so you can cook out with your pet and the location is perfect. Just 2 blocks to the Gulf Of Mexico. I think it is a Hidden Jem and would highly recommend it to people that are O.K walking up a flight of stairs as the cottage is upstairs. July 2013 - "Perfect Choice! My husband and I stayed for about a month. Rox and Brian were so accommodating and made us and our two dogs feel right at home. The cottage was just perfect! It was clean and up-to-date and had everything we needed and then some! The location was ideal. We walked to the beach every day and walked to several of the restaurants. Our favorites were Guppy's and Cafe de paris. We hope to stay here again sometime and would not hesitate to recommend this beach cottage to anyone looking to stay in the area. April 2013 - "Want to relax at a reasonable price? Cozy Cottage is the place for you. This well equipped little upstairs apartment has all that a couple needs for a Florida vacation along the Gulf coast. Just a short drive from St. Pete/Clearwater airport, the unit is well equipped with anything one might need for a beach vacation. I can't think of anything the owners have forgotten. It's located just two blocks from the beach in a quiet little neighborhood in Indian Rocks. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, kayak, frosted mugs in the freezer... What else could you ask for? November 2012 - "We recently took our time and drove from Chicago to Indian Rocks Beach and stayed at the Cozy Cottage. It was a wonderful relaxing vacation. Indian Rocks Beach and the Cozy Cottage were perfectly located to allow us to do various day trips to places we wanted to explore. Clearwater is just a little up the road - St Petersburg just a little down the road and Tampa just a short ride to the east. We found some incredible restaurants nearby and the all day pass on the Jolly Trolley was a wonderful alternative to driving to explore the area. Many of the restuarants have incredible early bird deals (love Salt Rock Grill and Crabby Bills) and very entertaining happy hours. The cottage was impeccible - better then home and so incredibly clean. It is decorated very tastefully - with a lot of thought put into it by the owners to provide everything you would need during your stay. The owners of the cottage have a group of cottages right there - each with your own private yard area and then a common courtyard. They are great hosts - giving you your complete privacy and space - yet if you would like to socialize - very warm, charming and interesting people. We would definitely recommend this cottage and if you need more space - I was able to see the interiors of the other cottages and was VERY impressed with how they looked - like a makeover or something off of HGTV - all beautifully decorated and BEAUTIFUL. June/July 2012 - "My husband and I came to Indian Rocks Beach for our honeymoon and stayed at the Cozy Cottage. We were hoping for a place that was very calm and not so touristy. There were many great little restaurants and when we chose to do the more "touristy" things, they were a very short drive away. This beach location was PERFECT! The house we stayed in was wonderful, also! Roxanne and Brian have everything you would possibly need on a vacation already available in the house. It was very clean and well maintained! Roxanne and Brian were AMAZING! They were genuinely great people who obviously love what they do! They gave us great suggestions on what was available near us. They were honest about what was time worthy and what wasn't. We really appreciated that! May 2012 - Amazing Stay! My fiancé and I will always remember Indian Rocks Beach and the Cozy Cottage as the base of our incredibly perfect vacation. With so much to do in the area and unbelievably nice weather, we didn't find ourselves inside too much, but after too much sun, this was a great spot to go "home" to. Clean, cute and airy with bikes, boogie boards and more to use free of charge! Fall 2010 - "We really enjoyed our stay at Indian Rocks Rentals. The Cozy Cottage was just what we were looking for. It was very comfortable and I can't say enough of how dog friendly it is. We have 2 dogs and like to take them with us when we can. The court yard was fenced in so we could let them out while we cooked on the grill in the evening. The location is also great. The cottage is just a block off the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and an English pub. Roxanne and Brian have it dialed in for pet owners to travel. Oct/Nov 2009 - "We spent a month in Indian Rocks Beach in the Cozy Cottage. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is well equipped and very well located, only minutes walk to get to the beach. We went there everyday. We brought our bikes and rode them every day, mainly on the Pinellas Bike Trail. This trail is very nice, paved and takes place over 49 miles through cities and wilderness areas. We traveled along its entire length and particularly enjoyed the section between Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Springs, very nice. We also rode the trail to St. Petersburg and really enjoyed the St.Petersburg Pier .
But the most important point is the quality of reception. The owners, Brian and Rox were friendly and concerned about our comfort and well-being during our stay. Always ready to render service and to inform us, really strong point of Indian Rocks Rentals! They provided us a great service when we had mechanical problems with our car. June 2008 - "We loved the entire experience! Indian Rocks Beach is the perfect destination to just get away...we went to a lot of different beaches up and down the coast from Clearwater to St. Pete, and Indian Rocks Beach was our absolute favorite! Beautiful sand, warm, clear ocean, and gorgeous sunsets. I also loved the little eateries within IRB, all within walking distance! We tried a lot of the local quisine, and loved it. Some of the places we stopped in were Guppy's, Cuso's, the Thai resturant, PJs, Pinky's Ice Cream (the best in IRB), TJ's, Keegan's, and a bunch more. Also, using the PSTA trolley was a great option for us, so there was no need to rent a car. I would highly recommend staying in Indian Rocks Beach. Feb/Mar 2007-2013 - "We spent a month with Brian and Rox when we rented their condo in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo is lovely, looks exactly like the pictures on their website so we had no unpleasant surprises. It was very clean and neat and had everything we needed. The sunsets on the beach were breathtaking and the food at the wide selection of restaurants close by was absolutely fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying there to our family and friends. April 2007 - "We just wanted to thank you for the wonderful week. Your cottage was the perfect place to come on our honeymoon. We looked at all sorts of options for our stay in Florida from condos to hotels, and we are so glad we found your rental. For others looking at staying here, its location is perfect. It took us about three minutes to walk from the house to having our feet in the water. At first when we were looking for a place to stay, we wanted something right on the beach, but this is actually better. We were away from the noise of the main street and other tourists, and felt like we had a more quiet and relaxing getaway because of it, yet still felt like we were right on the beach. Everything about the rental was even better than we expected. It was very clean, new, and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay from laundry soap to beach towels, chairs, and coolers. The cottage is also in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors, and it's nice to be so close to the inter-coastal waterway as well so we could see dolphins and different varieties of birds. Brian and Rox, you were awesome hosts! We felt so comfortable and welcome here. You were so helpful and we appreciate everything you did for us to make this such a wonderful and memorable vacation. April 2007 - "We really enjoyed our stay. A quiet setting, conveniently located, in short, a perfect get away! The accommodations are very nice inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well arranged. Our maintenance issue (the shower) was promptly dealt with. Frankly I didn't think it would be fixed without tearing a wall or two apart! 03/06 to 04/21/2023 - My Stay "SunRise Villa 1b/1b". First off, this is my 2nd time around here. I stayed across the hall [SunSet Villa 2b/2b] last year for 6 months. Rox and Brian are the best people you'll ever get to know! I consider them to be family. Any issues are resolver right away. There are usually NEVER any issues though. They respect your privacy but welcome you downstairs to sit and chat about life and all its mysteries. They see people come and go over the years and they leave an impression that's everlasting. It's so nice to be so close to the beach in such a cozy, charming environment. I will definitely revisit again and again (if they''ll have me). July 2012 - "We recently returned from a fabulous week in Indian Rocks Beach. We stayed across the hall from the SunSet Villa in the SunRise Villa as Rox and Brian felt this would better suit us for our stay. This rental was evrything it claimed to be and more! We just moved in with our clothes. Everything from linens, towels and a beach kayak was provied for us, not to mention even spices in the cabinet!. The warm and family atmosphere with our hosts(Rox and Brian ) living right on the property was very welcoming. Had the opportunity to see the Cottage Cottager and it is absolutely beautiful. Everything about these properties is wonderful, expecially the landlords, the 3-5 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed visiting from Ft. DeSoto to Clearwater. We enjoyed specially watching the sunset at the beach and the breakfast in the courtyard. Thank you very much. P.S. We really appreciated that you accommodated us with my other daughter and her son when they cvisited at the beginning of our stay. June 2020 - I stayed at the palm cottage for a whole month and it was an absolute dream. The house comes fully loaded with all the fun toys and practicalities for a fantastic time at the beach. Plus, it was cleaned to the nines. The outdoor space in the back is huge, perfect for a dog or having a nice meal. I went to the beach every day using the entry on 12th street. I mention this because it is nice not having to worry about the crowds that come with using the main Indian rocks access. If you have kids, the house is situated between two lovely parks: one with a nature boardwalk, the other with a skatepark/playground. Lastly, Rox and Brian are AMAZING hosts. The first day they set me up with everything I needed in addition to just being really kind (and local). I cannot recommend the Palm Cottage enough! Leah, Tampa, FL
Jan-April 2018 - We enjoyed our time here in your IRB yellow beach house/get-away! The landscaping & night lights and close travels to beach or shopping make this an easy and fun adventure. May 2013 - " Great Unit in a Beautiful Location- What a cozy and friendly little part of Florida. If you're looking to just sit back, relax and enjoy life, Indian Rocks Beach can't be beat. Lots of great little restaurants and patios, and the beach just a few quick steps away. The suite itself is clean and modern, with all sorts of amenities you wouldn't normally expect from a rental unit. The owners are close by and very nice. Really hope I can make it back again! December 2012 - " Our Christmas get away to Indian Rocks and Indian Rocks Rentals was a great holiday...hopefully a tradition! The Sunrise Villa was beautifully appointed and had everything to make our stay relaxed and stress free. It was spacious and lovely decorated; the grounds well tended. Guests are offered bikes to tour the beautiful neighbourhood and a storage room full of chairs, toys...everything you could want or need for fun on the incredible beach. Rox and Brian are wonderful people who received us with open arms and a song! The firepit is a lovely spot to spend the evening with great benches to spread out. Making us less homesick for our pets were Bob, Cooper, Sasha and Billie – the most loving animals you’ll ever meet! April 2012 - "Wonderful! While seeking information, about this property, Brian and Rox were very easy to deal with, and answered emails quickly. We spent a marvelous 10 days at Sunset Villa. I was so delighted when we walked into the unit and it was as clean, beautiful, and comfortable as it looked in the pictures! I was surprised by how many supplies were provided for our use i.e., spices, beach towels, laundry detergent..what a great help it was to have a washer and dryer at our disposal! Our two boys loved pulling out the variety of beach toys and heading over to the beach. When planning our trip we had to decide between Sunset Villa and its close proximity to the beach, but without a pool, and another property with a pool, but a drive to the beach. April 2011 - "We came down for a beach wedding in Clearwater, and I am sooooooo glad that we stayed here in IRB!!! We loved this area, the beach here was so great for our kids. Just a quick walk from the house. Beautiful parks and playgrounds, didn't have to pay for parking everywhere we went, good resturants, close enough to grocery stores,..and also a very nice family Urgent care office :( This unit is just like in the pictures, bright and clean. The local resturants and Tiki Bars have amazing food, drinks and made us feel like we belong here! I even got to enjoy the best massage at Zen and WOW...best produce store! Your home had everything, plus more, we needed! Our dachshund was in heaven as well, Zoe loved her freedom & watching all the activity in the yard! We will be back! Jan-March 2017 - Thank you for another wonderful stay! Ken, Gracie (our Jack Russell Terrier) and I had a great visit. The weather was particularly good this winter, and we got to enjoy extra pool time. We hosted a lunch/ukulele concert - I believe you saw some footage - no Black Sabbath, but we can work on that. 04/2014 - "It is our last night here in your lovely home. The month has passed by so quickly. We've enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and of course the beautiful community of Indian Rocks Beach. The weather was almost perfect with the exception of one or two days of rain...which was a great reprieve from the sunshine & beach. We went to the beach very often and enjoyed the pool in the evenings after dinner. We loved having your privat house... a nice change from a high-rise condo. A lot of evenings were spent out in your backyard listening to music or just chatting. Your house was very comfortable and I would definitly recommend it to anyone who asks. It was also a nice touch to have things on hand like salt, pepper, tin foil, spices, etc. Your kitchen is well equiped for cooking. We enjoyed many meals at your patio table. A wonderful holiday! Especially when our Canadian winter has been so brutal. I guess it is back to the great white north tomorrow. With any luck - the snow will be gone!! -03/2014 - We have been coming to Indian Rocks Beach for the past 15 years to take in baseball spring training; this was the first time we have stayed for a full month. After 14 years at a condo, we were thrilled to find your house. We love IRB and your home gave us everything we were looking for in accommodations. The pool was a bonusalbeit the weather was not always condusive to taking advantage of all the toys. Cannot say enough about the efforts of Rox, Brian & Tyler. They dealt with a couple early issues immediately and were prompt in responding to every question or concern. You are very fortunate to have such pros looking after your investment property. It is a very cute and clean place, a pleasure after some of our past rentals.We enjoyed our morning bike rides and walks on the beach. Had many picnics at the beach too. Played lots of golf in the area as well. Our daughter & family live in Seminole and we spent a lot of time visiting there. A bit of a drive but it worked out fine. Our month passed by very fast!
